You are already dead. Your heart was stolen before it could be weighed. Without it, the gods will not let you rest. Wake on the first shore of the Egyptian underworld, fight through the Hours of the night, and take it back.

Gods to Dust is a 3D horde-survival action RPG. Survive the crowd, shape a build through five god-led spell paths, chase better equipment and face the guardian waiting at each gate. Between nights, bring the people you rescue home to the Western Mooring.

• Your weapon and spells attack automatically. You move, dash, choose your gifts and find a way through hundreds of the dead.
• No fixed classes: the Night Wheel shapes your build across five god-led paths you can mix, Flame (Sekhmet), Frost (Sopdet), Storms (Set), Necromancy (Anubis) and Ranger (Neith).
• Seven weapon types and six equipment tiers, from Common to Gilded: armour, capes, jewellery and trinkets, with affixes to compare and power that sometimes comes with a curse.
• 50 arena events, omens and elite affixes: rescues, hunts, tests of nerve and a god's borrowed power.
• Guardian bosses with their own arenas, narrated arrivals and battle music.
• The Western Mooring, a refuge that grows as you rescue its residents, and companions who level up and wear the gear you give them.

The free demo

The First Hour is free on Steam: six gates, four expeditions and nine boss fights across the Red Sands. All five spell paths can be explored within its level-15 cap, and its equipment reaches tier three.

The road ahead

Early Access is planned to begin with two complete lands and grow through substantial content updates. The full journey is planned to span six lands, the complete Night Wheel, the Codex and the story's finale. Plans may change during development.
